I was in the Bukit Bintang area last weekend accompanying my friend shopping and we ended up at Sephora Starhill Gallery which was packed. Looks like most people do their Christmas shopping there. Despite what I have been passed for review, I can still be tempted by a lot of things in there.
Due to the oily nature of my lids, I don’t wear eyeliner as often as I’d like to which is one of the reasons I have put off testing Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. It may have “waterproof” as part of its name but so many “waterproof” products have slid off my lids.
This one has a very fine tip applicator and is so smooth that there is no tugging on the eyelids. It’s better to use liquid eyeliners than pencil eyeliners if you want smoother application. Some liquid eyeliners are easier to use than others and this is one of them.
Even though I don’t have the most steady hand when it comes to applying eyeliner of any sort, type and description, I found this one very easy to handle for precise application. You can go as fine or as thick as you want with this eyeliner.
