Ltitude Restaurant Bar & Lounge @ Resort World Genting has three different show kitchens putting out premium eastern and western cuisine. The culinary duo of Chef Ikuo Umeda and Chef Mandy Goh whip up Western, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese (Non Halal) cuisine.

At TasteMIGF 2015, Ltitude Restaurant Bar & Lounge displayed Darth Vader masks in keeping with this year’s TasteMIGF theme “Galactic Chefs! 2015 : A Space Odyssey” and showcased Kuroi Karaage, deep-fried corn-fed chicken, Japanese style glazed with homemade oroshi ponzu, Pan Seared Mulloway, spinach, dou of baby onion, black garlic puree and marinated quinoa & Green Pea Soup, refreshing mint, confit cod, tomato & pea salsa.
