Sizing Up Samples From Tebe

When it comes to trying out new brands, it’s always useful to obtain a sample or two to see whether the product suits our skin. I love the fact that Olive and Tebe’s samples are in small tubes rather than sachets as I dislike leaving open sachets around. Besides, tubes are so much more convenient especially when one is travelling.

I had the opportunity to try out 2 Tebe® skincare products, i.e. Face Cleansing Milk and Cleansing Face Polish. Just a brief recap, Tebe® products utilise olive leaf extract in their products. All their skincare products come in rather small sizes, the biggest bottle being the Face Cleansing Milk.

Face Cleansing Milk 100ml/RM66

The Face Cleansing Milk comes in a pump bottle and has a thick, milky texture. It contains Cocoa Butter which may explain why my skin felt slightly oily after it was washed off. It’s moisturising and effective in removing foundation, powder and blusher. It doesn’t irritate eyes and is a gentle cleanser which I wouldn’t mind using everyday.

Cleansing Face Polish 50ml/RM81

The Cleansing Face Polish is the scrub which contains olive pips and bilberry extract, a skin conditioning agent. I love the scrub for its scent and scrub granules in the cream. Again, this is one Tebe® product I could use on an almost daily basis. Of course, I can’t say that my skin has become more radiant or brighter based on just the sample but it does leave my skin feeling so soft afterwards.
