The first Silkygirl Lacquer Lipcolor Balm I used was 05 Rose shade which lasted for months even with almost daily use. It seemed to have more mileage than my regular lipstick. The only thing I didn’t like was the cap which split after a few weeks’ of pulling off and pushing back on. The plastic quality can be improved to make it more durable.
My second shade of Silkygirl Lacquer Lipcolor Balm is 05 Mauve which is more maroon than mauve. It’s a deeper shade of red than 05 Rose. Goes on so smoothly and feels hydrating thanks to the Monoi Butter. I like this product and will repurchase when they have another one of their Buy 1 Free 1 offers. At regular price of RM22.55, it’s still a lot more affordable than most other drugstore brands.
