It says on the pack that this is Maybelline’s first ever mechanical eye pencil. The selling point is that it remains smudge-free for up to 12 hours and that is a feature that would appeal to everyone who uses eye pencils as no one wants to look like a panda.
You can create a fine or bold line with Maybelline Colossal Kajal 12H and the pigments are very black so you get an intense colour. It glides on the eyelids with ease and colour transfers without having to draw again and again.
When first applied
Within 1 hour, it smudged
So much for up to 12 hours smudge-free wear. I didn’t get beyond 1 hour and it’d smudged quite a bit.
