When I opted to pay for a 4-session package @ RM699 at My Bowen Therapy yesterday morning (instead of pay by session which is of course more expensive), a bottle of 100ml magnesium oil was included in the package. It’s worth about RM90 because the 4-session package breaks down to RM152 per session excluding the magnesium oil.

I have been applying it on my heel as recommended by the My Bowen Therapy staff. It may cause itching for people with more sensitive skins in which case it can be combined with coconut oil on a ratio of 1 : 4 (drops of coconut oil). I used it on its own and there is no skin irritation. It’s quite watery so it doesn’t feel like other oils we are used to.
