L’oreal Everpure Smooth Shampoo

L’oreal Everpure hair products are formulated for ultra-delicate hair in 2 formulas – Moisture and Smooth. They claim to intensely rehydrate hair fibre and replenish the lipid layers of dry coloured hair.

L’oreal Everpure Smooth Shampoo has essential botanical oils

L’oreal Everpure Smooth Shampoo contains essential botanical oils from rosemary, juniper and mint to supply nutrients along hair’s entire length to protect the keratin it contains. Harsh chemicals are replaced with a soft cleansing mix combined with coconut, corn and sugar to provide intensely gentle cleansing with very little detergent.

This is quite a thick shampoo with a lovely scent (hey, it has juniper in it after all!). It lathers up well and quickly too. I like the fact that my scalp feels clean and not at all itchy after it has been washed off. It’s a gentle shampoo in that hair fall isn’t much.

As for protecting color, I can say that my color hasn’t faded much since I started using this shampoo a few weeks ago. My hair does feel rather soft even before I’ve applied conditioner so I guess it is a moisturising shampoo.

Retail price is RM29.90 for the 250ml tube.

  1. Thanks for the review!

I was wondering where L’Oreal Everpure products can be bought in Kuala Lumpur. I will fly to KL today, but I left all of my toiletries behind! I have just had a brazilian blowout treatment, and need to use sulphate and salt-free products on my hair. Any help would be hugely appreciated! Thanks 🙂
