KL Wellness City Hospitality Sdn Bhd Appoints Bridgmen Group As Hospitality Operator For Wellness Suites At The Nobel Healthcare Park

KL Wellness City (KLWC) today marked a significant milestone with the official appointment of Bridgmen Group as the hospitality management company for its Wellness Suites at The Nobel Healthcare Park. The appointment ceremony was graced by Encik Ahmad Husni Ahmad Basri, Deputy Director of Package Development, representing YB Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, Director General of Tourism Malaysia, and witnessed by distinguished guests and media.

The agreement was signed between Dato’ Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew, Executive Director representing KL Wellness City Hospitality Sdn Bhd, and Mr. Gyn Voong, representing Bridgmen Group’s subsidiary, Collective Ananda Sdn Bhd.

As KLWC’s first hospitality management appointment, this strategic partnership reflects the township’s vision to cater to over 30% of international healthcare travellers arriving in Malaysia each year, offering premium short-stay accommodation options thoughtfully designed for recovery, rest, and rejuvenation. KLWC is proud to appoint Bridgmen Group, with the target completion of the Wellness Suites set for Q1 2026 and handover of possession scheduled in the first half of 2026.

The Wellness Suites at The Nobel Healthcare Park feature fully furnished, ready-to-move-in residences with studio units starting from RM366,000 onwards and Commercial Suites featuring 2- to 3-bedroom residences priced from RM432,000 onwards. These exclusive Commercial Suites are newly released for sale in response to the growing demand for larger living spaces, with options of fully furnished or bare units available to suit lifestyle preferences and investment needs.

The development is wheelchair-friendly and equipped with inclusive features, making it ideal for healthcare travellers and long-term residents alike. For investors, rental management services are available under KL Wellness City. Residents will also have access to full condominium facilities including a 50-metre lap pool, sky lounge, sky gym, and sky bar on the sky deck. Owners and tenants can further subscribe to KLWC On Demand Services at nominal fees, including home care, nursing care, IoT devices, home therapy and concierge services, creating a seamless lifestyle and healthcare ecosystem. Strategically located, The Nobel Healthcare Park is directly adjoining KLWC’s upcoming International Tertiary Hospital, set to open in the second half of 2026.

Dato’ Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew said, “This collaboration with Bridgmen Group reinforces our commitment to positioning Malaysia as a world-class destination for medical and wellness tourism. By combining KLWC’s integrated healthcare ecosystem with Bridgmen’s proven expertise in luxury short-stay hospitality, we can deliver unparalleled comfort, care, and convenience to our guests.”
Mr Gyn Voong, of Bridgmen Group, added, “We are honoured to be entrusted with managing KLWC’s Wellness Suites. This development represents a new benchmark for healthcare-related hospitality in Malaysia, and we look forward to delivering a standard of service that exceeds the expectations of international healthcare travellers.”

YB Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, Director General of Tourism Malaysia, commented, “Malaysia has consistently been ranked among the world’s top medical tourism destinations, and partnerships like this are vital in strengthening our competitive edge. KL Wellness City’s integrated healthcare and wellness approach, paired with Bridgmen Group’s proven hospitality expertise, will enhance the overall experience for international visitors—offering them comfort, quality, and convenience during their recovery and wellness journey here.”
