With Apricot Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil and Wheat Germ Oil (all ingredients that contain Vitamin E), this is definitely a cleanser catered for dry skins as the key ingredients are nourishing. Kiehl’s Washable Cleansing Milk is a rather runny cleanser that is fine for removing light make-up but for heavy make-up, you’d need something stronger than this. It’s not meant for removing eye make-up.
For best results, use on skin that has not been dampened otherwise it loses its efficacy. It is gentle and doesn’t dry out skin therefore a good choice as an every day cleanser. You can either wash it off or remove with a damp cloth.
