KATE Celebrates Its 100th Counter Opening At Watsons

KATE by Kanebo celebrated its 100th counter opening at Watsons at 1 Utama and officially launched its Spring/Summer 2013 Collection, Goldish Eyes. There was a procession of KATE Carnival ladies dressed in black and gold masquerade costumes and masks.

To reiterate, KATE’s Goldish Eyes Collection features two unique gold pearl powders – Real Gold Pearl, a pure gold pearl powder containing a certain percentage of 24k real gold and Nuance Gold Pearl, a bright pearl powder with a hint of gold. Apart from KATE’s new collection, the FRESHEL range of skincare by Kanebo was also showcased at the event.

Other highlights of the event were a magician’s show and a make-up demo by Mr. Mikiya Hirai, a leading makeup artist from Japan. In the local market, KATE Goldish Eyes has become the best-selling eyeshadow in KATE’s history.
