Dynasty Restaurant (NON-HALAL) @ Renaissance KL Hotel Unveils Its New Look

Dynasty Restaurant at Renaissance KL Hotel recently re-opened with a brand new look. The freshly revamped Dynasty Restaurant has added a new dimension to its private dining rooms which can now be converted into one large dining area complete with an elegant foyer/pre-function area for private dinners or other social events that can easily accommodate 80 persons.

The main dining hall which caters to 120 persons is furnished in warm earth tones and finished with a red-lighted feature wall adorned with delicate Chinese porcelain which will set the mood for a pleasurable dining experience while exquisite Chinese cuisine will thrill the palate of lovers of fine food.

Innovative and exciting flavours are creatively put together by award winning Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin featuring a wide selection of authentic and delectable Cantonese delicacies from appetizers to barbecued and roasted specialties including soups and seafood specialties as well as poultry and pork dishes.

For meat lovers, there is a choice of pork, beef and lamb to choose from. Seafood lovers can choose from a variety of live seafood prepared according to the diner’s preference as well as a variety of claypot dishes.

Signature dishes include Barbecued Peking Duck, Mini Monk Jumps Over The Wall, Bird’s Nest Broth With Seafood & Truffle, Wok=fried Scallops With Lily Bulbs, Asparagus and Macadamia Nuts and Grilled Prawns With Spicy Golden Garlic, to name a few.

Dynasty Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12.00 noon to 2.30pm and diner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
