It’s been ages since I last used a body scrub so when I came across Dove Exfoliating Body Polish online, I ordered one. It comes in a few variants, my first choice was Pomegranate Seeds & Shea Butter but that was sold out. My second choice was available, Crushed Macadamia % Rice Milk.
Unlike some other body scrubs, this one comes in a whipped, creamy texture that feels very mild and gentle. It becomes a lather when water is added. There’s a plastic inner covering which prevents any water from getting inside.
Actually it’s a bit too mild for my liking although it’d probably suit those who like gentle exfoliating and those with sensitive skin. I can hardly feel the exfoliating grains and I can’t say it left my skin feeling much smoother and softer so I don’t think I will be repurchasing this one.
