Dettol Radiance Body Wash

Over the past year or so, Dettol has come up with many types of soap and body wash. I’ve used Dettol soaps before but some are a bit too strong for me and I wasn’t too keen on the medicinal scent. Last year, Dettol introduced its Natural range and now, they’ve just launched Dettol Radiance. I am currently using their Natural Olive & Almond soap.

Dettol Radiance works by removing germs and impurities that cause dull skin and replenishing nourishment to skin to reveal its inner radiance. Formulated with a unique blend of Vitamins C and B3, it keeps the skin rejuvenated, bright, smooth and hydrated for longer periods after each use. Vitamin C is often lauded as the perfect antioxidant to ensure healthy, supple skin while Vitamin B3 has long been regarded as the secret behind younger and firmer skin.

Additionally, Dettol Radiance also contains Glycerine (5 times more moisturisers compared to Dettol Original Shower Gel), a powerful moisturiser that hydrates skin to combat or prevent dryness, and retains moisture in skin for longer suppleness.

So much for my worry that Dettol Radiance Body Wash would have a medicinal scent, it’s a very pleasant floral scent and smells nothing like what one would expect from a Dettol body wash. It lathers up very nicely and feels gentle on my skin, yet I can feel my skin being cleansed thoroughly. It doesn’t strip my skin of moisture and this is a germ protection body wash I can use daily without it being harsh on my skin.
