It contains sweet almond oil, a natural emollient. It hydrates my skin nicely even when I don’t apply a hydrating serum before this. It’s handy to have a moisturizer which can be applied on face and body. Generally I think Cetaphil products are of high quality and a trusted brand. They feel gentle on skin but are effective.
