Those of us with dry lips can benefit from a lip treatment like this one from Catrice Cosmetics. This lip treatment comes in a glass pot so you’d have to use fingers for dabbing on to lips. It looks quite concentrated and thick so you would need just a bit for each application.
Shea butter pampers dry lips providing intense moisture and it has a subtle citrus fragrance. It can be used throughout the day or as an overnight treatment. Other than a hydrating effect, it also softens lips. I applied some as there was a sample pot and it felt rather good.
