When beauty brands offer me a lipstick blister pack sample, I am always more than happy as I get to try different shades of lipstick. I still have this Burberry lipstick blister pack which I can’t remember when I got but it was probably years ago. Among the samples is that iconic shades, Lip Velvet Rosewood No. 421.
There are many shades of pink, this isn’t the saccharine sweet pastel pink that I dislike. This one veers towards a brown tone and I think it complements all skin tones, such a gorgeous shade. It is so richly pigmented and you get a strong colour pay-off. It’s creamy and not drying even though it’s soft-matte.
