Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash looks very promising, a cool blue clear gel in a pump bottle. It’s actually a 2-in-1 cleanser and exfoliator so there are some grainy bits within the gel. It feels mildly rough on the skin but I don’t feel that it’s that effective as an exfoliator.
As it contains rose hips, chamomile and passion flower, the scent is floral but not overwhelming. I have 2 major issues with this cleanser though. Firstly, it doesn’t foam up or produce any lather. Not.At.All! Why is it called a Foaming Face Wash? Why not Gel Face Wash which would be much more appropriate? Secondly, the pump doesn’t work that well. It’ll pump out one portion of the product and then I have to wait a few seconds for the second pump. It won’t pump out continuously like most other pump bottles. That’s so annoying. Maybe it’s just my bottle that is like this.
Having said that, it does cleanse my face of make-up quite well but due to the fact that this does not foam, not even slightly and the difficulty of getting more product out of the bottle after the first pump, I wouldn’t go back to it after this bottle is finished.
