Bag Of Love September 2013

There’s always more than one reason to look forward to my monthly Bag Of Love. Other than the contents, the designs of the bags are rocking. The September Bag Of Love is so creative and right up my alley since I love receiving handwritten letters especially from overseas. Yes I know that is almost like a relic from another era, we can just about insert Air Mail envelopes into time capsules since who doesn’t email rather than send snail mail nowadays?

This Bag Of Love is designed to look like an Air Mail envelope complete with a stamp with the image of a handbag, postmarked Washington D.C. 1938 and appropriately stamped with the Bag Of Love insignia because this was handled by the Bag Of Love International Post Office :)!

What’s this latest Bag Of Love all about then? As you can see from the insert depicting a very cute Captain with her luggage, it’s all about travelling. Who doesn’t love to travel? It can be near or far but whatever the distance, there is an element of excitement, just as it’s always exciting to receive a Bag Of Love. When we travel, we often end up getting surprised by what we discover at our destination and so it is too with each Bag Of Love I receive. In this Bag Of Love, I am pleased to find products which I have heard much about but have yet to try.

I’m glad the bag contains mostly skincare as I finish off skincare much faster than make-up and in any case, make-up is very individual, not everyone will like a certain shade of lipstick/eyeshadow/nail polish in their beauty boxes. I’ve ended up giving away most of the make-up in beauty boxes but kept all the skincare.

This Bag Of Love is one of the best I’ve received so far as I haven’t tried any of the products in here. Wondering what I should review first, decisions decisions!
