During our media trip to the very impressive ENCORE MELAKA, media were given a tour of The Pines Melaka, also owned by the same company that owns ENCORE MELAKA, Yong Tai Berhad. The Pines is the first hotel in Melaka to have poolside suites. Selected rooms feature a podium deck that opens up to the pool. This is the most unique feature of The Pines as guests who choose the poolside rooms just have to open the door and dive into the salt-water treated pool right from the comfort of their own Poolside suite, or simply lounge on the sun bed without having to leave their room. Salt-water pools have lower chlorine levels and thus are gentler on your eyes and skin, so you can enjoy a great time here minus the harsh elements of a conventional chlorinated pool.
The Pines is also the first hotel in Melaka to collaborate with artists from the Malacca Art Association. Theses artists’ works can be found around our hotel premises, so keep a lookout for them! Artists’ original paintings are also featured in 12 selected suites located on the Executive Floor.
