Over the past few days, heavy and continuous rain has wreaked havoc on thousands of lives in Malaysia. Many household products have been damaged and need repair. Samsung Malaysia Electronics today has announced that it will provide support to affected customers in the form of a one-time free cleaning and inspection plus free labour costs to repair affected Samsung products that were damaged in the recent floods[1].
From now until 31st January 2022, customers can contact 1800-88-9999, live chat via Samsung Members or head to Samsung.com/my, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange for an appointment or for further details on the programme.
