Although I love bodycare products such as body scrubs and shower gels, I don’t usually apply body lotion. In fact, whenever I purchase fragrance sets which come with the perfumed body lotions, my friend is the beneficiary of said lotion.
Garnier Body LightExtra’s Whitening repairing Milk Lotion is said to contain 2x pure lemon Essence and has been formulated to lighten dark spots and illuminate skin tone.
For the past few weeks, I’ve been using this body lotion after my bath. It has a citrusy scent, not too strong and has a non-sticky texture.
That aside, I find no discernible difference in my skin tone. It’s moisturising enough but I can’t say that my skin tone has gone fairer after using this body lotion for close to four weeks.
It’s a reasonably priced moisturising body lotion but perhaps it has worked for you in lightening your dark spots/skin tone?
