Over the years, I have tried quite a few makeup remover wipes but my favourite is still Biore Makeup Remover Wipes as it’s the most effective in removing makeup, including waterproof mascara and it’s so gentle on skin, especially the eye area. Although the wipes are not that big, one is all I need. I use one side for my eye area and the other side for the rest of my face.
