Guardian Malaysia held a special luncheon at Full House, Sunway Pyramid this afternoon for 100 underprivileged children, presenting each child with exclusive Garfield-On-The-Go backpacks, trolley bags and schooling necessities.
The children aged 7 to 17 were from Grace Community Services, Good Samaritan Home and Parents without Partners. They enjoyed the buffet lunch and activities such as face painting (even I wanted to try that but there was always a long queue of children) and games.
This event is in line with Guardian’s giving back to the community programme. Garfield-On-The-Go products are available exclusively at Guardian via their a redemption process.
