CATRICE Pure Brilliants Colour Lip Balm is in pencil form – contains light-reflecting shimmer particles & infused with shea butter so lips remain soft. Good idea to have lip balm in a pencil since it’s convenient to apply whenever and wherever without having to use fingers. Added to that, the light-reflecting shimmer particles which gives lips an icy pink sheen.

The pencil tip is a bit too soft though. It broke when I applied it for the 1st time. It is very creamy and glides on lips nicely and smoothly. Maybe they can produce this in a few other shades as this shade is too pale and washed out for me.
