George Town by Josh Lee EDT was relaunched recently with brand new packaging) and is inspired by the listing of George Town, Penang as World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2008 and a tribute to Josh Lee’s hometown.

This Eau de Toilette will evoke the moments of the sparkling and refreshing sea water nuances and sunny warmth of George Town with its heritage landscape. This fragrance features the four main characters of George Town city: fresh citrusy colours of the sea of Penang island, heavenly gourmet spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom), romantic floral bouquet (hibiscus and rose) and opulent heritage woody notes (sandalwood).

I like the images on the box as they depict famous buildings in Penang. There’s something rather yesteryear about the look and the bottle is also very lovely. The scent is citrusy with a hint of spice, I like this fragrance a lot as it’s light and it lingers on my skin.
