My favourite Sri Lankan restaurant is back at TasteMIGF 2015 for the second year running. Aliyaa Island Restaurant & Bar is one of the few authentic Sri Lankan restaurants in KL. This year Chef Pradeek, also known as “The King Of Appam” brings to the table a menu filled with favourites from the teardrop island.
A few bowls of the string hopper can be quite filling, this makes a very satisfying breakfast but you can have it any time of the day. Aliyaa’s appams are truly some of the best in town. Once you have tried them, you will always be thinking about them.
