The very first time I was introduced to Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil during one of my Clarins facials. I thought the scent was just divine and it felt so good on my skin, as if I’d been enveloped among blue orchids and the pampering of my skin was indescribable.
Now that I have had the opportunity to try the whole bottle of Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil, I can say it’s been wonderful using it every day. This bottle is in the limited edition packaging of the brand’s 60th Anniversary.
This is a rebalancing face treatment oil for dehydrated skin to restore vitality, radiance and freshness. It contains the toning and revitalizing power of patchouli essential oil combined with hazelnut oil and the gentle, comforting benefits of blue orchid.
The dropper attached to the cap dispenses what is required which is just a few drops. It can be added to a Clarins toner or mask and that adds to the efficacy of either product. Otherwise, I use it before a serum or even after a serum in place of moisturizer. However I use it, my skin feels softer and over time, I have noticed better looking skin and even a nice glow in the mornings. Needless to say, it has helped tremendously in improving skin hydration.
