From my observations (I do spend quite a bit of time at MAC outlets whenever I am in one of the shopping malls where there is a MAC outlet), I have noticed that customers mainly come in requesting this or that make-up and barely glance at their skincare. Not that the brand doesn’t have some useful skincare but perhaps it isn’t as well publicized as their make-up?
