Strictly speaking, I don’t think the Lotion should be categorised as a toner since it is thicker and more viscous than your average toner. It would be a waste to pour this on to a cotton pad so the best way to apply it is to pour some on to your palm and pat it on until absorbed. On its own, without using any firming serum, I am unlikely to see any forming results but it does hydrate and soften skin.
