MAC A/W 2014 Trends : Off Colour

DSCN2167(1)

You know how we always use the term “off colour” to describe someone who isn’t looking completely healthy? It so happens that it’s one of MAC’s A/W 2014 Trends and no, it doesn’t refer to a sickly or ghastly appearance. It’s about glowing skin and minimal makeup with some touches of colour. This is the 1st trend Romero Jennings presented to the media.

Off Colour shades are polluted pink, unwholesome brown, bruised plum, dirty khaki, dull rust, dingy violet, dusty ochre and veined blue. Colours are metallic, radiant tones with staining around the eyes. It’s about natural placements for maximum impact.

  1. She looks like she is having healthy skin without a touch of makeup! I wouldn’t have thought that it is makeup if she didn’t mention about it. Nicely put name for the colours
