On the ground floor, residents can enjoy access to the clubhouse, family area, DBC physiotherapy, Thomson Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) room, beauty zone, and reception, fostering community and well-being. The upper floors have 48 guest units, comprising studio, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom layouts, providing ample space and comfort for residents. The rooms, shared spaces and facilities are sumptuous and well designed.
