Chilling out at a park before lunch in Cappadocia
After visiting Devrent Valley, there was some time to kill before arriving at the restaurant where we were to have lunch. We stopped in a beautiful park for 20 minutes. We admired the stunning scenery, there were ducks gliding by a lake, the Turkish version of gondolas and photo opportunities were in every corner.
Although I didn’t see this stop on our schedule, it was a welcome visit to relax for a while. The lack of sleep the past 2 nights was starting to take its toll on me and I was beginning to yearn for my own bed at home just so I could have uninterrupted sleep without my roommate’s incessant snoring and other noises emanating which were seriously disconcerting.
This was the best walk in the park and what a picturesque park it is! Cappadocia is indeed a beautiful place and one I would love to go back to.
