TasteMIGF 2015 : Minori Japanese Restaurant

It’s hard to by-pass Minori Japanese Restaurant @ TasteMIGF 2015 as the restaurant is beautifully decorated with fans and the food is so enticing that 10 out of 10 people are bound to stop for a look and taste. Traditional Japanese ingredients feature strongly in Chef Takahiro Ishida’s festival menu but he has chosen at times to combine them with Malaysian ingredient.

The salmon sashimi was so fresh that I bought 2 portions. Minori Japanese Restaurant @ Royale Chulan Damansara is pork-free.
