There were occasions when I spent quite a bit at shopping malls but there was nothing to redeem but with festive occasions such as Chinese New Year, the majority of shopping malls offer some nice gift redemptions when you spend a minimum amount. Take Sungei Wang for example, you can redeem a set of 6 collectable Ang Pow packets when you spend a minimum of RM168 in 2 combined receipts.
My favourite gift from all the shopping malls I have been to for their CNY launches has to be this lovely exclusive limited-edition Oriental Tea Set when you spend a minimum of RM388 in 2 combined receipts at Sungei Wang. I love drinking Chinese tea so this set will come in very useful.
