Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Serum

Origins’ latest anti-aging serum, Plantscription™ was formulated to target multiple causes of aging skin. It aims to correct lines and wrinkles and loss of firmness by rebuilding natural fibrillin, collagen and elastin with the help of its key ingredient – African Anogeissus (AN-NO-GAY-SIS).

It comes in a green pump bottle and 2 pumps is all I need to apply over my face and neck. I apply it twice daily and while I sometimes forget to apply it in the mornings, I always remember to apply it at night. It’s a rather fluid serum with a very mild scent.

I have been using Plantscription™ for approximately six weeks now and it’s almost finished. While I cannot say that it has lessened the severity of lines, particularly around my neck, I notice that there has been an improvment in the clarity of my skin in that skin tone is more even and there is a glow which wasn’t there before I started using Plantscription™.

My skin has become gradually more radiant so I guess it does improve the appearance of skin in that respect. As for lines and wrinkles, I am not sure if Plantscription™ will make a difference since I don’t have enough for 12 weeks’ usage (apparently, Plantscription™ has been shown to have a clinical reduction of the overall appearance of lines and wrinkles and clinical improvement in visible skin lifting and skin firmness after 12 weeks’ of usage).

Due to the semi-transparency of the bottle, you can see how much of the serum is left but you have to hold the bottle up against the light. That’s quite useful because it gives you time to purchase another bottle should you wish to replace this one.

Plantscription™ (30ml) retails at RM260.
