A few weeks ago, after the official opening of Tummour, I caught up with a friend @ Lisette’s Cafe & Bakery Empire Shopping Gallery. My 1st impression is that it’s a pretty little cafe (actually not that little) with lots of baked delicacies at the counter. Anyone who loves cakes, quiches, pastries and sweet treats will be so spoilt for choice here. This is certainly a very Instagrammable cafe as it’s so well decorated.
There are quite a number of tables to choose from but most customers choose to sit by the wall which has depictions of colourful flowers. Too bad those seats were taken up when we got there so we had to settle for a middle table.
I enjoyed my Beef Bacon Quiche and Lisette’s Flower Tea. The quiche is delicious stuffed full of beef bacon and cheese. No wonder it was the last one at the counter, must be one of Lisette’s best sellers. The Flower Tea came in a pot with 2 small cups so I could share with my friend. Love the Flower Tea as it has burdock root, chrysanthemum flower, osmanthus flower, wolfberry, silver pine and cassia seeds. I must have asked for a refill of hot water at least 3x.
