anyone who drives past Jalan Raja Chulan would notice Holiday Inn Express which to me, is a hidden gem of a hotel. Okay, not so hidden as you can see it quite clearly on that stretch of Jalan Raja Chulan approaching Pavilion KL. The hotel is very centrally located as you can walk to the major malls & financial/business district.
The hotel is currently offering their Ramadan buffet early bird special of RM68 nett until 12 March. Normal price is RM88 nett which is still very reasonable considering you get 18 main courses – the menu rotates between 5 menus. For RM68 nett, you may not even get 2 courses in other hotels or restaurants.
The Kambing Masala with either Nasi Briyani or Nasi Tomato is excellent, I had a few plates of this combination as it tasted so good. The Kambing Masala is one of Chef Radzi’s specialties. I couldn’t get enough of this dish.
The Jom Singgah Iftar buffet will be on from 15th March – 7th April 2024 from 6pm – 10pm at The Great Room, Level 1 of Holiday Inn Express.
