Guests at the soft launch of Rockafellers SkyAvenue Genting Highlands last week were treated to a free flow of drinks and food. We could request for endless platters of the above food which consisted of:
Sarson Fish Tikka
Chicken Samosa
BBQ Chicken Wing
Mushroom Vol-au-Vent
My favourites in this platter were the BBQ Chicken Wing followed by the Sarson Fish Tikka. The BBQ Chicken Wing was just so tasty and the Fish Tikka was nicely complemented by the chutney (small red bowl in the middle). I think that the food in this platter is a good indication of the rest of the food served at Rockafellers SkyAvenue Genting Highlands, quality North Indian cuisine.
