- My neighbour who rents the house next to mine has been torturing me and the other neighbours for months on end with her two yappy poodles who bark for no good reason most of the time. Toy dogs are a handful especially if the owner is incapable or refuses to discipline them, not even something as simple as getting them to stop barking when others are sleeping.
