Bobbi Brown Brownie Pink Lip Color

Although I love the range of natural lip shades available at Bobbi Brown, I must admit I haven’t purchased one in years as the price is somewhat prohibitive. Bobbi Brown’s lip shades are never loud and bright. They are generally very beautiful everyday shades.

Therefore I was delighted to find Brownie Pink Lip Color in the Pretty Powerful Coffee to Cocktails Collection which I picked up at this year’s Suria Meriang Staff Sale in KL. I am sure most of you early birds also picked up this set at RM160 and are loving every product in the collection.

This is a creamy lipstick which doesn’t look too brown or too pink. It may feel a little drying but nothing a bit of lip balm prior to application can’t fix or some lip gloss over it. I love everything about this lipstick, from the shade to the scent to the texture. It’s not terribly long-lasting as I need to re-apply after a drink but that doesn’t stop me from loving this lipstick as much as I do. It reminds me of why I haven’t been near a Bobbi Brown counter to check out the lipsticks for some time. I’m sure I’ll cave in as the shades are so lovely, whether you are looking for pinks or browns.
