It’s been 3 months since I blogged about spotting Biore Perfect Cleansing Water, the one which can be used on the entire face including eyes and lips. I have used up about a quarter of the bottle since I started using it about 2 weeks ago.
Biore Perfect Cleansing Water doesn’t sting eyes
I find it very useful as it removes all eye make-up without stinging eyes and when the make-up remover wipes aren’t sufficient in removing foundation and powder, this removes all the residue. The mild floral scent is also very pleasant and not overpowering.

Not easy to find a solution that removes and does not sting the eye!
