Expressing gratitude for the dedicated efforts of front liners, KITKAT recently donated products to over 12,000 healthcare workers in six hospitals in the Klang Valley.

The KITKAT Break Bus delivered the products to healthcare workers at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang, Hospital KPJ Selangor, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Serdang, University Malaya Medical Centre (PPUM) and Hospital Sungai Buloh. This included a range of KITKAT product variants, including KITKAT Milk Chocolate and KITKAT Senses.

Mr. Juan Aranols, Chief Executive Officer, Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad, said, “At Nestle Malaysia, we have been supporting the effort of front liners throughout the pandemic. We want again to acknowledge and show appreciation on the tireless efforts from healthcare front liners, who continue to play a critical role in the fight against the current Covid-19 wave. Their dedication is humbling and this is a small way to showcase our support and encouraging frontliners to keep up their spirits.”

Mr. Frédéric Porchet, Business Executive Officer for Confectionery Business Unit, Nestlé Malaysia commented, “While we know this is a critical time, we also understand the value of taking a break, especially when you are working long hours under a great deal of pressure. We hope that this small gesture from KITKAT will bring some joy to our frontliners and help them take a short break for themselves, as they continue to do their utmost to contain the spread of this pandemic.”
