They have a highly concentrated texture for bold colour impact on application. The concentration is such that very little product goes a long way to achieve optimal makeup results.
If I had a choice between the 2, I would pick Moonlight as I like the shimmery silver shades. I think they’d look great whether one wears them for a day or evening look. Fantastic colour pay-off and not too much shimmer.
