Hada Labo has developed two products that work hand-in-hand in helping women overcome unstable oily issues, i.e. the Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Foaming Wash and the Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion. The facial wash contains a special blend of plant extracts, which include the Hatomugi, Chameleon and Chamomile flower.
The facial wash is dense, ultra-fine foam which smells strongly of plant extracts. I find the scent a bit too much. I don’t know how to explain this but the scent is what I would associate with skincare for oily skin. It feels very soft on skin and is actually hydrating thanks to the Hyaluronic Acid infused in the cleanser that locks, stores and replenishes skin moisture. Other than the too strong scent, I rather like this cleanser.
