I think that it’s best to use it on slightly damp skin as my skin feels softer and it absorbs faster that way. It doesn’t feel that oily or sticky. It’s extremely hydrating and does a good job at plumping up fine lines. I use it under my day and night cream. Gives optimum benefits used prior to moisturiser.
