Foam cleansers aren’t suitable for every type of skin but I like them because they feel cushiony against my skin. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Foam Cleanser has a rich texture which doesn’t need water added since the foam comes out when you press the pump. I prefer this kind of foam cleanser to the one where you need to add water as the foam is thicker than the latter.
This cleanser doesn’t feel drying and has a refreshing scent. Some foam cleansers like this don’t feel concentrated but this one does. It’s effective in removing my make-up.
