Even dry skins like mine can suffer from break-outs occasionally and in my case, the break-outs materialize in the U-zone which is the chin area. It was time to reach for A’kin Kaolin Clay & Lemongrass Express Purifying Facial Masque which is for normal to oily skin. It contains kaolin clay, lemongrass and witch hazel.
This is a creamy mask with a lovely botanical scent. It helps to absorb excess oils, purifies and deeply cleanses skin. The good thing about this mask is that it doesn’t dry out my skin because there’s no tightening sensation. The mask does start to dry but not to the extent of making my skin feel tight.
I have no doubt about the mask’s purifying and deep cleanse properties. There’ve been less inflammations since I started using this mask about twice a week and it’s a quick treatment as I can remove it within 10 minutes.
