One of the reasons I love Christmas is because of all the limited edition sets that come out during this time. It’s a once-a-year thing, when just about every brand has value sets, whether they are skincare or cosmetics. It’s not so great on the budget though as one can easily overspend.
If you love Urban Decay’s Shadow Pencils, you’ll be mighty pleased with this set as there are 5 travel-sized pencils from easy neutrals to bright colours. Mix and match the neutrals and you’ll have a look that you can wear everyday. The brighter colours are perfect for evenings. This is definitely a set that can take you from dawn to dusk and beyond.
The 5 colours in the set (from left to right in pic above) are:-
1. Delinquent – dark purple with purple sparkle.
2. Rehab – dark brown shimmer.
3. Juju – medium taupe with brown shimmer, brand new and exclusive to this set.
4. Sin – champagne shimmer.
5. Clash – electric blue with silver sparkle.

Beautifully pigmented, these are creamy and don’t tug the eyelids. They have superb colour pay-off and I particularly like the 3 browns in this set as they combine so well for a subtle day look. It’s much easier to apply these than some powder eyeshadows but they do dry fast so I have to blend them quickly.
They last all day without fading or creasing and are smudge-proof and waterproof. I love Sin most of all because it’s such a versatile colour. I can pair this one with any eyeshadow, not just the other pencils in this set. It’s a highlight colour with just the right amount of shimmer.

These pencils can be sharpened to a fine point for precision lines or to rounded tip for thick smudgeable lines. The 5 x 2.5g pencils are RM129 and available exclusively at Sephora.
