Devrent Valley Cappadocia is also known as Devrent Imagination Valley as your imagination goes wild when you look at the rock formations which resemble animals such as a camel, dolphin, dragon, snake, seal, etc. Devrent is also known as the Pink Valley as the landscape takes on blush pink hues in the sunrise and sunset.
We were all so excited when we got off the bus at Devrent as the rock formations were so near. We could get up close to the one that resembled a camel but it involved a bit of climbing and you would have to be careful as you’d be going up quite a steep incline, but it is worth it if you want better photo opportunities.
This is such a great site to explore especially for avid photographers as you’d probably get some awesome photos at sunrise/sunset. Wish we had more time here so we could have explored a bit further and seen other animal-shaped rock formations, but it was 15 minutes and off to our next destination.
