These scam messages often reference undelivered parcels, outstanding payments, or promotional offers, and typically include suspicious links or attachments.
The scam messages may include:
- Claims of missed deliveries or outstanding charges.
- Instructions to click on fraudulent links to “track parcels” or “make payments”.
- Use of J&T Express branding or logos to impersonate the company and appear legitimate.

- Do not click on suspicious links in messages claiming to be from J&T Express Malaysia
- Verify delivery issues directly through our official website at https://www.jtexpress.my or by calling our Customer Service.
- Report all scam attempts to the relevant authorities for investigation.
- J&T Express will never request personal information through third-party links or unofficial domains.
“J&T Express Malaysia will never request sensitive personal information, such as banking details or passwords, through any communication channels,” said Jacky Hu, Public Affairs Manager, J&T Express Malaysia. “The safety and trust of our customers are of the utmost importance, and we are working closely with the authorities to combat these scams.”
